Combination, FDC\uff09\uff0c\u9810\u671f\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u52c3\u8d77\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u7919\uff0c\u63a1\u53d6\u7f8e\u570b 505(b)(2) \u65b0\u85e5\u958b\u767c\u8def\u5f91\uff0c\u5176 Phase I\uff0bPhase II \u81e8\u5e8a\u958b\u767c\u8a08\u756b\u5df2\u65bc 2026 \u5e74 8 \u6708\u6210\u529f\u7372\u5f97\u7f8e\u570b FDA \u540c\u610f\u57f7\u884c\uff0c\u6b63\u5f0f\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u9032\u5165\u7f8e\u570b\u81e8\u5e8a\u958b\u767c\u968e\u6bb5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u7522\u54c1\u900f\u904e\u65e2\u6709\u85e5\u7269\u6210\u5206\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u8907\u65b9\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u958b\u767c\u5177\u5dee\u7570\u5316\u8207\u5e02\u5834\u6f5b\u529b\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u6cbb\u7642\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u55ae\u7d14\u5b78\u540d\u85e5\u958b\u767c\uff0c505(b)(2) \u8def\u5f91\u66f4\u8457\u91cd\u65bc\u5982\u4f55\u6574\u5408\u65e2\u6709\u79d1\u5b78\u8b49\u64da\u8207\u65b0\u7522\u54c1\u6240\u9700\u4e4b\u81e8\u5e8a\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5f9e\u7522\u54c1\u5b9a\u4f4d\u3001\u81e8\u5e8a\u958b\u767c\u7b56\u7565\u5230 FDA \u6cd5\u898f\u6e9d\u901a\uff0c\u7686\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u5177\u6574\u5408\u6027\u7684\u958b\u767c\u898f\u5283\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u5c08\u6848\u7531\u7dad\u5dde\u751f\u6280\u5354\u52a9\u5ba2\u6236\u9032\u884c505(b)(2) \u6574\u9ad4\u958b\u767c\u7b56\u7565\u3001FDC \u7522\u54c1\u81e8\u5e8a\u8def\u5f91\u898f\u5283\u3001Phase I \u8207 Phase II \u8a66\u9a57\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca FDA IND \u7533\u8acb\u8207\u6cd5\u898f\u6e9d\u901a\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u5354\u52a9\u5ba2\u6236\u5c07\u65b0\u578b\u8907\u65b9\u7522\u54c1\u7531\u958b\u767c\u6982\u5ff5\u63a8\u9032\u81f3\u81e8\u5e8a\u9a57\u8b49\u968e\u6bb5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b64\u6b21\u7372\u5f97 FDA \u540c\u610f\u57f7\u884c\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u4ee3\u8868\u7522\u54c1\u6b63\u5f0f\u8de8\u5165\u81e8\u5e8a\u958b\u767c\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\uff0c\u66f4\u5c55\u73fe\u7dad\u5dde\u751f\u6280\u5728505(b)(2) \u82e5\u60a8\u6b63\u898f\u5283 505(b)(2)
