(first-in-human, (DSMB)\uff0c\u5404\u5242\u91cf\u7ec4\u95f4\u53ec\u5f00 DSMB \u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd PK \u6570\u636e\u914d\u5408 DSMB
